    1. The privacy policy specifies how Users' personal data necessary to provide services electronically via the website www.beztego.menu (hereinafter referred to as the Application) are collected, processed and stored.
    2. The application collects only personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered therein.

    5. personalization of the Application for Users,

    7. establishing and pursuing claims and defending against them,
    8. direct contact if the User initiates it,
    9. determining the current location - only if consent is given

    Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Application.

    The Administrator may process the User's personal data:

    • current location if the User agrees and wants the location for more accurate query results in the Application
    • E-mail address and details included in the e-mail content if the User initiates contact to the e-mail address: kontakt@beztego.menu

  10. Final provisions

    1. The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy.
    2. Subsequent versions of the Privacy Policy will be marked with the date from which it is effective.
    3. In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law apply.
