Terms and Conditions of the Beztego.menu application
General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions define the rules of access and terms of use of the beztego.menu Application
Using the Application is tantamount to reading the content of the Terms & Conditions and accepting it.
Definitions

Application - browser page withouttego.menu
Services - functionality of the Application
Restaurant - a catering operation in Poland that offers vegan or gluten-free dishes on its menu
User - a natural or legal person using the Application
Report - information submitted to the Application by the User
Third Party - any natural person, legal person or entity without legal personality, who is not a direct User, and whose data may be made available in the Application
Terms & Conditions - this document specifying the conditions of use of the Application
General principles of operation of the Application
The Application collects information about Restaurants based on User Reports.
Registering a Restaurant by the User does not require creating an account.
The application is a web service and it is recommended to use the latest version of the Chrome browser.
The costs of connecting to the Internet are covered by the User, in accordance with the agreements in force between the User and the telecommunications service provider.
Type and scope of Services
Restaurant Search
The restaurant search is performed by entering a location, e.g. city or city with a specific street and city address.
The application will provide a list of Restaurants that are available in the immediate vicinity of the address.
Adding Request
The User's Report may contain restaurant data such as: Name of the Restaurant, Physical Address of the Restaurant, Address of the Restaurant's website, Category of the Restaurant, Description of the Restaurant.
Correction or deletion of the Report
Each Restaurant owner may contact the Service Provider and request that the information be corrected or deleted.
The Service Provider may make changes to the Reports based on information obtained from Users, Restaurants or Third Parties.
Fees and commissions
The use of the Application by Users is free of charge, with the exception of the Internet connection, which is the User's responsibility.
Obligations and liability of the Service Provider
The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from non-performance or improper performance of the Service in the following cases:
force majeure understood as an extraordinary event that could not be prevented
incorrect or incomplete operation of external systems with which the Application cooperates
use of the Application by Users in a manner inconsistent with these Regulations
lack of continuity of the Service due to circumstances for which the Service Provider is not responsible
The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Services in the Application are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding technical breaks or other situations over which the Service Provider has no influence.
If the Service Provider receives an official notification or information about illegally duplicated information, the Service Provider will immediately block access to this content.
The Service Provider reserves the right to verify the information posted on the website and will exercise due diligence in checking the data.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the outdated data contained in the Application or their inconsistency with the actual state.
Obligations and liability of the User
By using the Application, the User accepts the provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
The Application User is obliged to use it in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions, as well as applicable law and good practices. The User bears full responsibility for any violations when using the Application.
When using the Application, the User is obliged to enter data about Restaurants that is consistent with the actual situation.
If the User has knowledge about content made available in the Application illegally, he or she should immediately inform the Service Provider about it.
By sending materials in the Application, the User consents to their use by the Service Provider free of charge, unlimited in time and territory, including the description and all other data relating to the Restaurant. Authorizations to use materials apply in particular to:
recording materials in databases and Applications
distributing materials using any technique, in an unlimited manner, so that every User has convenient access to these materials
to promote the Application and the Service Provider on social media and any other marketing channels
By submitting materials, the User guarantees that:
has full right to dispose of the materials and that he is entitled to exclusive and unlimited property rights to the materials, which he can dispose of, and that at each request of the Service Provider he will present appropriate documents confirming these rights.
the information in the Report is consistent with the facts and does not mislead other Users
The User ensures and declares that the materials sent in the Report do not infringe the intellectual property or personal rights of the Restaurant and Third Parties. In the event of damage to the Restaurant and Third Parties, the User undertakes to cover the costs of legal assistance to protect the interests of the Service Provider. This obligation also applies to full liability for damages in the event of the need to satisfy the claims of the Restaurant and Third Parties against the Service Provider.
The Application does not guarantee the collection of data about Restaurants that have appropriate certificates indicating safe gluten-free or vegan food, therefore, using the data provided in the Application, the User is obliged to verify it with the Restaurant.
Technical problems, complaints
If there are any problems in using the Application, the User may receive support by writing to the following address: kontakt@beztego.menu
Complaints regarding the Application may be submitted electronically to the following address: beztego.menu
The complaint should include: the User's name and surname, presentation of the circumstances justifying the complaint and the residential address or e-mail address in order to receive information about the consideration of the Complaint.
Complaints will be considered in the order in which they are received, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Complaint by the Service Provider.
Immediately after considering the Complaint, the Service Provider will inform the person filing the complaint about the method of resolving the Complaint. The information will be provided in the manner indicated in the Complaint by the person filing the complaint.
Final provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions
The change to the Terms & Conditions comes into force on the day the changes are published.
The provisions of the Terms & Conditions are subject to Polish law.
These Terms & Conditions are valid from April 7, 2024.
